Bulk-Email -
We at Nelson Publications have a "Zero Tolerance Policy"
for the participation of any bulk-email campaign or "Spam". There
are many people out there who have made it their life's passion to sabotage
and render useless any ISP or webhost that participates in Bulk-Email.
If you do use some type of direct email marketing, you MAY NOT
under any circumstance reference any page on the nelpub.com domain! NO EXCEPTION
As a result, we must have a strict policy to prohibit this method of marketing. Anyone found to be participating in bulk-email to market Draft-O-Matic, supplies and/or website will not only be subject to immediate revocation of distribution rights, but will also forfeit any commissions that are due and may be criminally and/or civally liable for any damages and/or loss of income Nelson Publications incurrs as a result of this activity.
This may seem extreme, but bulk-email has taken its toll on too many legitimate businesses to not take extreme measures. Besides the general "taboo" of bulk-email, the positive results you may get from bulk-email are just too few to justify the time and the trouble you are sure to get.
Fees -
As a service to you, we process all payments. This is to insure
that all of Draft-O-Matic customers receive professional and consistant
transactions. We are charged fees for our merchant accounts and incur many
hours to process credit card and check transactions. To help us offset
these costs, we do charge a $2.50 handling fee for all transactions.
This fee will be deducted from you commission for that sale. Please note that this fee is not per item, but rather per sale. In other words, if your customer buys Draft-O-Matic and some blank check stock, you will only be charged $2.50.
Commissions -
As described in the previous page, we do have a generous commission
plan. We issue checks to our distributors on the 1st and the 15th of each
month.
In order to insure customer satisfaction, we offer all our customers an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason an item is returned, your account will be debited the commission for that item. This debit will be reflected on the following pay period.
Our Relationship -
It is important to understand that you are not an employee of
Nelson Publications or any of its affiliates. You are acting as an independant
distributor and are responsible to pay your own taxes. We do not deduct
anything from your commission checks (aside from our handling fee).
Open Book Policy-
We take pride in the fact that we run Nelson Publications with
integrity. We understand, however, that misunderstandings can happen. To
minimize misunderstandings, every time an order is placed from your website,
you will also receive a CC copy of the order via email automatically. It
may or may not be routed to you via an alias account that is set up on
our domain nelpub.com. If you feel there is a discrepency in your commission
for any reason, please contact us.
